This is a SIFAA sponsored event. 

Guidelines:

For Music performers:

• All local music teachers/musicians and advanced students who are 23 years or older  are welcome to participate

• If you are an advanced student below age 23 and if you have completed arangetram, you are welcome to participate.

• SIFAA competition winners (seniors and Advanced) need not register, the SIFAA team will reach out to you to schedule your slots. 

• Only active SIFAA members can register for this event.

• Priority will be given to: (in the order below)

  • Core Members

  • Family Members or Senior Members

  • Other Members

• This registration is for your performance only.

• If you want to collaborate with other musicians and provide one performance, you can register one time and include the group members in the comments.  The group members can be only fellow musicians or advanced students who have completed arangetram.

• You will be responsible for planning your accompaniments. Upon request, SIFAA can provide contact information of some of our local talents to contact and coordinate.

• Performance slots will be based on the number of registrants.

• Unique collaboration or group performances may be allocated more time (depending on the number of participants or uniqueness of the program).

• Individual performance slots are only for you. Please do not include your students or your children in this timeslot.

• SIFAA reserves the right to make the final decision on the time slots and performance time.

• As we will try our best to accommodate all the registrations, SIFAA reserves the right to choose on a first come, first served basis.

For Music school group performances:

1. Entry fee is free for SIFAA members, non-members will have an entry fee of $25

2. Teachers are responsible for collecting the entry fees and making a donation with your school name from SIFAA website. Include your school name, number of participants in the comment when making payment. 

3. School slots will be allotted after the payment is made.

4. One registration entry per school – Teachers, please submit one form for your school with details
   

For Dance Performers:

• All local dance teachers and advanced students who are 23 years or older  are welcome to participate

• If you are an advanced student below age 23 and if you have completed arangetram, you are welcome to participate.

• Only active SIFAA members can register for this event.

• Priority will be given to: (in the order below)

  • Core Members

  • Family Members or Senior Members

  • Other Members

• This registration is for your performance only.

• Depending on the number of registrations, we will decide the slots for the school and/or students. This slot can be used for you or your advanced students who have completed arangetrams. Group performances are welcome.

• If you want to collaborate with other dancers and provide one performance, you can register one time and include the group members in the comments.  The group members can be only fellow dancers or advanced students who have completed arangetram.

• Only pre-recorded music will be allowed for dance programs (no live orchestras)

• Performance slots will be based on the number of registrants.

• Unique collaboration or group performances may be allocated more time (depending on the number of participants or uniqueness of the program).

• Individual performance slots are only for you. Please do not include your students or your children in this timeslot.
